Exploring physical health for the working woman
Previous session
Our speakers are both accomplished professionals who have incorporated the habit of fitness in their everyday life. As one of our panelists said - there is no flipside to physical fitness. Whether one is to engage in physical fitness is not up for debate. The question is, how does one incorporate fitness into the daily routine? Practical 'hacks' such as finding a gym close to the office or home, working out at the same time on a daily basis and exercising with a friend or a family member may further strengthen the habit of fitness. Food and nutrition play an important role and complement physical exercise. The significance of a holistic approach to self-care viz., exercise, diet, adequate sleep, health checkups, etc. was emphasized. Listen in.
